USDA Loan Program

The U.S. Department of Agriculture and Rural Housing Service offers the 0% down USDA loan in order to make it easier for buyers in rural areas to obtain financing. It is great for first time homebuyers, retirees, or people looking to relocate to a more rural area.  We are qualified to offer USDA loans on Cape Cod.  The rules will vary over time, and at times some Cape Cod towns qualify, and at times they won’t.  Check out our loan rates and contact us to see if we can use this product for you!

• Primary residence only
• Property must be USDA eligible
• USDA income limits apply
