Mike has over 33 years in the mortgage industry as a top originator for each institution he was employed with. Mike started Slade Mortgage Group in 1997 and formed a team of professionals to service clients by beating the banks. Counseling clients about their financing goals and helping them reach them is what Mike enjoys the most. Mike has been a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts for over 30 years.  Mike is licensed to originate loans in Massachusetts and Florida.  He lives in Falmouth with his wife and enjoys time with his grown children as well as many activities including tennis, golf, paddle tennis, pickleball and boating and fishing.
